Strategy[]
Tool up - West Point Marina 100% Preperation: Position a car alongside the walkway. Warehouse: Remove the doors, and shoot the bottom of the items. Position a car inside. Electric utility house: Remove the front fence, the lamp, and the red container. Shoot the propane tank. Create a hole leading to the bottom of the item, and then shoot the bottom. Remove the fences near the hole. Construction cabin: Using the crane, move the construction cabin to the rock cutter. Barge: Move the barge to the escape vehicle. Escape: Collect the items in this order:

Tool up - West Point Marina 67% Preperation: Barge: Remove the surrounding, and attach a boat to the barge. Drive the barge to the escape vehicle. Construction cabin: Drive a crane to the cabin. Move the cabin closer to the crane, and attach the crane's hook to it. Move the cabin to the escape vehicle, and create a hole through it. Electric utility house: Create a hole in the window facing the warehouse, and create a plank leading to item. Position a car outside facing the warehouse. Warehouse: Remove the doors and gates to the warehouse. Create a plank leading to the item, removing the fence, and creating a hole in the nearby wall. Position the race boat outside. Escape: Pick up the objects in this order:
