The Rocket Booster is an enhancement tool which allows the user to place thrusters anywhere they want, which has the ability to boost objects. They are activated by pressing the "interact" bind (default E), and activate in a certain radius. Rocket Boosters are the fourth placeable tool in Teardown. It requires the player to be level 80.

The rocket booster is a red rocket that has a red flame when being used. The rocket booster can be disarmed by breaking it. The rocket booster could be used to move heavier objects around the map. The rocket booster can also be used as a way to move vehicles faster, but the vehicle thruster is more ideal most of the time. Unlike the vehicle thruster, it can be placed on anything while the vehicle thruster can only be placed on vehicles. The rocket booster only lasts for a set amount of time while the vehicle thruster lasts forever.
