Story
Löckelle Teardown Services is in better condition than at the start of summer but is losing money quickly. Tracy, the player's mother, asks for more clients, and receives a new one in the form of BlueTide CEO Amanatides, who wants security for his plant at Hollowrock Island. To do this, he is purchasing robots from Robosec, who charge extremely high prices, but can get a discount if he provides intel on the works at Quilez Security.
Meanwhile, Tracy decides to buy the player a new van.
After this, Parisa Terdiman investigates a new case of highly addictive drugs in BlueTide drinks and asks the player to obtain BlueTide ingredients for analysis. This break-in leads to stunted production at Hollowrock, which leads to a shortage of stock, ruining public image. In addition, a dealer in Frustrum has been scalping BlueTide, angering Amanatides. To rectify this, he asks the player to steal their barrels while Frustrum has been evacuated from a storm.
One of the ingredients were discovered to have a shipping label showing its origins from Evertides Mall, which in turn comes from an unknown location. After a break-in at Evertides, Amanatides is angered and orders the mall's manager, Gordon Woo to be fired, and a new one installed to help investigate the break-ins.
The shipping logs lead to a drug lab in the Muratori Islands, and the player gets a free trip to the islands, where they disable the security system, ship goods to Terdiman, and disrupt the supply chain. In addition, a local worker gets revenge on her boss by destroying their yacht.
When the player returns to Löckelle Municipality, Amanatides has started work on a new project to disrupt the perpetrator of the break-ins (He is unaware that it is you) and starts by asking the player to steal a truck stuck in Frustrum.
While this has been happening, Gordon Woo has been redeveloping the Lee Chemicals plot into a "Racing Woonderland" theme park and asks for Christmas decorations to help open it before Christmas. And Anton Wolfe asks for tools to develop the Evertides car park.
Terdiman once again asks for the player's help in downloading data from Evertides to connect BlueTide to Isla Escotatica. This causes catastrophic damage to the mall, which is forced to close, and Anton Wolfe's car park construction contract is cancelled. This leads him to leave construction and open a pawn shop, which leads to him asking the player to steal items from Frustrum while everyone is shopping at Evertides' closing down sale.
Amanatides continues work on his project, and to assist with it, asks the player to steal robot prototypes from Quilez using a laser to melt their vault doors. Meanwhile, Lawrence Lee Junior sends a cryptic message to the player from prison asking him to sabotage the Racing Woonderland. This leaves Gordon Woo bankrupt. After obtaining Quilez's robots, Amanatides asks for the player's help in obtaining nitroglycerin. He also upgrades Hollowrock with Quilez robots after seeing how advanced they are.
Tracy, seeing the growth of her and the player's business, invites them to a Christmas dinner to celebrate.
After obtaining the nitroglycerin, Amanatides presents his secret project, the Truxterminator. To celebrate, he rewards the player with a tank, stored in the Hollowrock warehouse. Terdiman finally obtains an arrest warrant for Amanatides, and asks for the player's help in clearing Hollowrock for a raid.
During the raid, Amanatides hides in the vault and deploys the Truxterminator towards Tracy's house in Cullington. Amanatides is arrested while attempting to escape, but the Truxterminator continues towards Cullington. To save Tracy and the rest of Cullington, the player dumps the Truxterminator in the ocean.
