Lee Chemicals Map From Above

There is a forest along the borders of the map, with a road leading into a fence-protected gap in the metal-brick fence surrounding the factory. Power lines lead into and are spread around and within the compound. There is a wooden watchtower along the entry road, a broken cargo container, a sign brandishing the company logo, a broken and flipped over truck, a small yellow excavator, and a big excavator by the brick fence. Upon entry of the compound, a parking lot with 2 vehicles can be seen, a blue-grey station wagon and a Taskmaster 4WD. There are also 2 cargo containers and a bundle of crates in between the two cargo containers. Behind the bundle is a rectangular brick garage with windows, full of various machinery and a green basket lift. The entrance to this building is to the right of the building, and has a large wooden double door. Behind the garage is a very large production building complete with two tall processing tanks, connected with pipes, a container, some boxes and metal barrels, two lockers, and pipes that connect to another building. To the right is a small waterway, though blocked by a drivable cruise boat, leads outwards towards a river. To the right side of the waterway is a fully wooden hut, described as "harbor office".

Slightly ahead of it is a small warehouse, connected to what seems to be a refinery, both made of brick. The refinery connected by pipes to another taller tower across the waterway. To the right of the refinery is a switchgear station, which does not have much in it and is made of brick. Directly next to the switchgear station is a drivable mobile crane. Returning back to the left side of the waterway, attached on the right side of the garage are 2 large pipes, leading outwards, suspended by occasional metal poles. Perpendicular to the origin of the pipes is a much smaller furnished brick office, complete with a wooden interior, a deteriorating painted exterior and windows. Moving more to the right of the furnished building is an alleyway, full of crates, barrels, stacked cargo crates and a drivable semi truck. Moving even further down is a warehouse-garage, being made out of brick, with a few machines inside of it. Its entrance is protected by a wire garage door. A pipe attached to this building stretches across the waterway and connects to the refinery warehouse. very slightly to the right of the garage-warehouse is the tower (around 21 meters tall), its exterior is made of brick and windows, but its interior only consists of a wooden stairwell. And finally, behind the tower and garage-warehouse is a very big machinery house made of brick and is painted both on the interior and exterior.

To its exterior right are 2 huge highly explosive gas tanks. There are 2 "assembly lines", multiple shelves which store small interactable gas canisters, and a overwatch room to the top left corner. Crossing the river, a raft with something like a wooden lifeguard tower is present. On the other side are massive power cable towers, siding with the road which leads to a white, power station and a hydroelectric dam. The power station is complete with a fairly empty interior, garage, and a small storage room. To the left of the power station is the dam, with transformers and green catwalks siding along it. the dam is not destructible, but can be damaged in a similar way as the ground. It is also noted that functional lamp posts are scattered about the map.

Racing Woonderland (Part 2)[]

Upon entry and towards the right are some small cottages not too dissimilar to the cabins from West Point Marina. The left side of the spawn has a moving luminescent sign spelling Woonderland that then leads into the parking lot. Two of the lots are reserved for Gordon Woo, one of which having a Gordo Pathtracer XTRM parked. Through the ticket booth is a boat rental building with a rotating swan sign on top. Next to it in the channel are four swan boats made out of small boats. Along the west side of the channel are an assortment of carnival games and a seating area. Close by is the Wheel of Woo Ferris wheel that can be conducted via the control booth. Across a small bridge is the Sea Side Swings carousel that may also be controlled. Next to it is a large Christmas tree with presents underneath. To the north of that is the Woosh Tower and the entrance to the Drifting Drivers bumper cars building containing 4 bumper cars. Further north is : a showroom showing off a Gauss Seidel B50, a Castanet 500L GT and a Crownzygot XVC ; another carousel named the Revolving Rebels and the Woo Spinning ride. On the other side of the wall is a transformer and two cranes around removed machinery from Lee's old factories. All the way east we can see the broken dam with wooden planks attempting to repair it. There are also wooden planks covering the decommissioned power plant. the diving board that was once in the river is now on the bank near the road.

Story[]

Part One[]

WARNING: SPOILERS
Lee Chemicals is an old chemical production plant(and powerplant) run for many generations by the Lee family, now inherited by Laurence Lee Junior, a troubled businessman with a name in the criminal underworld. Lee has been investigated by Parisa Terdiman, a criminal investigator who is trying to imprison Lee over charges of tax evasion, however is unable to get a warrant. After an operation goes awry, the Player becomes part of a criminal investigation. Parisa, stuck on her case, contacts the Player with a deal: Help her find evidence to imprison Lee, and she will not investigate the Player's criminal case.

The first mission on Lee Chemicals, The Lee Computers, has the Player stealing computers from the plant in order for Parisa to access the customer registry to find out what Lee has been doing. After the mission, Parisa is able to access the registry, and discovers that Lee has been mostly working with a customer referred to as BT, but no further information is found. After the break-in, Lee installs an upgraded security system.

Parisa sends the player back to the facility on the second mission, The login devices. In order to find out where Lee has been moving his products, she must have access to the employee login devices. While this is taking place, Lee attends a classic car auction and outbids a wealthy contractor named Gordon Woo. He gains ownership of 2 vintage cars. Gordon, believing that Lee will sell them overseas, asks the Player to steal the cars from Lee and take them to him. This sets off a rivalry between the two.

While the rivalry between Woo and Lee starts to heat up, Parisa used the employee login devices to lead the investigation to the West Point Marina, where Lee has leased a warehouse. The marina still isn't where Lee is delivering his products, so she instructs the Player to steal multiple boat GPS devices in order to find the real location. However, the boat GPS devices are of a more secure type, so Parisa needs a decryption key in order to discover their previous locations. She believes Lee is keeping the key in his office safe, so she sends the Player back to the plant to fetch it.

While the Player was stealing the GPS devices from the marina, Lee found out about Gordon stealing the cars from him and wanted to take revenge. He contacted the Player and asked them to conduct a hit on Villa Gordon and dump some of Woo's cars into the ocean. After Parisa sent the Player to get the decryption key, Woo finds out about Lee's hit and contacts the Player with his own plan for revenge. He wants the Player to destroy a part of the Lee Tower, a 75-year old monument built by Lee's grandfather. This is right before it's 75-th anniversary.

Lee is distraught after this and wants to get back at Gordon. He wants the Player to steal some of Woo's paintings as both revenge and funding for his tower's restoration. After this mission, Gordon's insurance group gets involved, and a claim adjuster named Gillian Johnson contacts the Player to help in returning the paintings to him. Gordon has been causing the company financial issues, so Gillian wants the paintings returned fast. The paintings are found, but in a damaged form, meaning their delivery to Gordon is delayed. This means Woo doesn't get his insurance payout.

Woo then contacts the Player with the proposition of staging a fake break-in at his villa in order to get his insurance payout. Gillian suspects him of doing this and asks the Player to destroy his insurance papers - and therefore, his ties to the insurance group, and rid the company of their financial troubles. Gordon comes back home to a mess and places the blame upon Lee. At this point, A furious Gordon demands the Player destroy the chemical plant for good. He wants the player to take out the powerplant and all auxiliary power sources to shut it down for a long time.

After this, a dam break occurs and the facility is flooded, raising water levels all throughout Löckelle. Parisa, meanwhile, was conducting an investigation on Hollowrock Island, the final location where Lee's products are being delivered, and also the location of the BT client. While investigating, she finds out about said dam break, and uses the opportunity to get ahold of Lee's accounting documents, so she sends the Player to retrieve them.

After the mission, the documents that the Player stole from Lee are more than enough to finally imprison him on charges of tax evasion. He is imprisoned and the facility is taken away from him.

Part Two[]

WARNING: SPOILERS
After Lee's arrest, the plot of land upon which the facility is stationed is put up for sale. Gordon Woo buys the plot and spends most of his money refurbishing the plant into an amusement park named "Racing Woonderland", fulfilling an old dream he had. Lee, who is in prison, finds out about this and sends the Player a coded message urging them to destroy Woonderland for a big reward. As a result of the park being destroyed, Gordon is forced to file for bankruptcy.
