Löckelle(/lʌkɛleɪ/ l-u-k-e-l-ay) Municipality is the area where Teardown is set. It is presented as a fictional municipality in Sweden (Because of the name, Swedish car brands heavily influencing in-game vehicles, weather, Tuxedo Labs' location, etc.).

Löckelle is set with a Northern European setting, taking cues from the UK and the Nordic countries. The shape of the area resembles southeastern Wales.
