The Jacobi SL is one of the many drivable Vehicles in Teardown. It appears as a mission-specific vehicle on the West Point Marina in the Classic cars mission, The car wash mission, The Speed Deal mission, the Covert chaos mission, and as a sandbox-available vehicle it appears on Frustrum and Evertides Mall.
Performance[]
The Jacobi SL is a capable little offroader. There are barely any flaws to speak of about the SL's performance. But for it's best skill, handling comes to mind. The car's handling is superb; it's short wheelbase and overall minimal size give it a very tight turning radius, even at higher speeds. It doesn't have any issues with oversteer or understeer either. It just goes where you want it to go. You're going to need all that agility when driving it anywhere except asphalt.
The Jacobi doesn't have any issues driving on rough terrain. It's powerful enough to climb decently steep hills relatively quickly and it's got an abundance of ground clearance. It has good approach and departure angles as well, aided by the short wheelbase mentioned above, so it doesn't get stuck much when traversing slopes. It's also surprisingly durable for it's size. It isn't a very fast car though. The top speed is quite low and the acceleration is a little sluggish, but that's a decently fair trade for how well it performs in every other regard.
Overall, the Jacobi SL is an agile offroading beast. It takes hills with ease and quickly rides through rough terrain without problems. Could be a little faster though...
