Mr. Amanatides needs only 1 more type of resource to complete his project, that being 3 large barrels of nitroglycerin. He emails the player that he himself could easily buy some of his own, but lacks a license to legally obtain any. He trusts in the player's skills to collect at least 3 barrels of nitroglycerin.
