Gordon Woo is a major supporting character in Teardown. He is the immensely rich general manager of the Evertides Mall and a client in the game. He resides at Villa Gordon, hence its name.
Story[]
Gordon Woo first contacts Tracy with a request to destroy an old building to make way for a new wing for the Evertides Mall, starting the mission, The old building problem. However, the building was under cultural heritage protection, placing the player under criminal charges.
After the completion of The login devices, Woo contacts the player again, asking him to destroy a time share cabin at the West Point Marina to make room for his new yacht, alongside destroying the documentation for the building to prevent criminal charges from being held. This starts the mission, Making space. The destruction of the documentation prevents the player from receiving more criminal charges. Woo then sends the player back to steal two classic cars that he lost in an auction to Lawrence Lee Junior, starting the mission, Classic Cars.
When Lee learns that his cars have been stolen, an angered Lee asks the player to vandalise Gordon's property. In retalition, Woo gets back at lee by "shortening" Lee Tower. A distressed Lee comes back to the player to steal Gordon's art collection, which are retrieved by Gillian Johnson. Woo, annoyed by the insurance company decides to trick them. Meanwhile, Lee asks the player to break Gordon's record(Enid's and Freya's records are optional). An annoyed Johnson requests that the player dumps Woo's safes in the water, infuriating Woo, who points the blame at Lee, and sabotages Lee Chemicals.
Part 2[]
Lee Chemicals falls into bankruptcy after Lee is arrested, before being bought by Woo. Woo then turns Lee Chemicals into a theme park, the "Racing Woonderland". Later, Woo is fired from his job at Evertides after a break-in, removing his only source of income, while spending huge swathes of money to open Woonderland before Christmas. To assist his operation, he asks the player to steal Christmas decorations from Evertides.
Woo's demise comes after Lee sabotages Woonderland, causing Woo to file for bankruptcy.

Old building problem (Forwarded to Tracy) | Good evening, my name is Gordon Woo, general manager at the Evertides Mall. I have a slight problem with an old building that's blocking our plans for a new wing and I'd need someone to knock it over. I need it gone by tomorrow and I'd even be willing to pay more than the standard rate for some extra discretion, quick execution and uncomfortable working hours. Would you be able to take care of it? |
Marina too small | Thanks for helping me out with that building. The police was snooping around a little, but it seems to have cooled off now and we can finally start the construction. I actually have another job for you. See, I bought this yacht recently, but it's too large for the marina and the board says there is no space for a new dock. Could you use your demolition skills again and remove one of the time share cabins? If the original documentation also disappeared then... tada! Like it was never there. |
Classic cars | Fantastic work at the marina! Looks like it worked, because they just cleared a construction permit for the new dock. Another thing came up. There was this classic car auction up in Black River the other day and one guy just kept overbidding me. Lawrence Lee Jr, that youngster who inherited the chemical plant a few years ago... absolutley no interest in cars, he's just looking for ways to rotate his dirty money. It's a Gauss-Seidel B50, the one they used in Seal the Deal 2 and Colonel Wilson's personal Jacobi from Normandy. Lee is about to put those cars on a ship overseas any day now and they'll be out of the country for good. If that's not criminal I don't know what is. Can you help me acquire these two gems? I'll take good care of them. |
Water tower | I still don't know how, but Lee found out about the cars and totally overreacted. I just saved the life of those poor cars and he goes completely mental and vandalizes my property. Can you believe that? Good thing I'm properly insured. I've thought about ways to get back at him and finally nailed it. The iconic water tower at Lee Chemicals. His grandfather built it with his bare hands and it has since become a symbol for the entire Lee family. They even use it in their logotype. Making that tower a little.. less tall would make a more suitable symbol for the small man he is. |
Insurance problem | Not only did Lee steal some of our most beloved paintings, but the insurance company is causing me headaches too. I'm a premium customer, but I still haven't seen any money for those paintings. I'll deal with Lee later, but right now I need to take that insurance payout in my own hands. I don't have a personal grudge with anyone at the company so I'd like to just poke them a bit where it hurts any respected company the most, their bank account. I have a top notch policy on my cars, so if some of those were "stolen", they would need to cough up. I'll hook up a few cars to the alarm system to make it look legit. Please be gentle. |
Off lights | That little brat hit me again! You wouldn't believe the mess I came home to. It's gonna take weeks to clean up and the insurance company won't even pick up the phone. I'm tired of Lee! It's time to show him not to mess with the big boys! The chemical plant is Lee's life and I'm gonna put it out of operation. The power plant is the heart of the whole facility and I want it gone. It's a sturdy beast, but I'll provide you with proper fire power to take out the main generator for good. Also take out all auxiliary power and the plant will be shut for a long, long time.. |
Re: Off lights | Haha, I almost choked on my espresso when I turned on the news. Hilarious, I've been giggling all morning! Turns out that bomb worked even better than I planned. Great work! |
Final touch | Hey, it's been a while. I was hoping I wouldn't need to reach out to you again, but it's been a bit complicated lately. I lost my job at the mall. Boss was a maniac anyway, can't believe I put up with him for all these years.
Bit of financial trouble here... see I bought the abandoned Lee plot to realize an old dream of mine, the 'Racing Woonderland' theme park. This is exactly what Löckelle needs, don't you think? Spent my last savings on the new rides and totally forgot about the upcoming holidays. I know they bring out the decorations at the mall this time of year, so... maybe you could sneak in and bring me some of them? Would add that last touch to my grand opening next week. Can't really offer anything in return though... uhm, how about a free day pass? Two? Just for old times' sake? And don't worry about collateral damage. Any inconvenience for that old scrooge would be my pleasure. |
