Moisture sensor alarm. A safe in the rain or in water will trigger the alarm.
When a safe is left under the rain, a pop-up appears on screen informing the player that rain is being detected by the safe. If the player does not quickly shelter the safe, the alarm will be triggered. Dumping a safe in a body of water will instantly trigger the alarm.

Strategy[]
In order to complete all the objectives in time, the player should prepare by loading safes in or on vehicles and position them along the bank near the escape boat in order to quickly dump them one after the other and hop on the escape boat with ample time left on the timer, or loading them into a semi that is parked near the entrance.
It is vital that safes are not left under the rain (with nothing directly above them), otherwise the alarm will trigger prematurely. Therefore, it is necessary to shelter the safes when transporting them in open vehicles. The player can use anything from large furniture to cut off slabs of walls or large doors to cover up the safes. Planks are especially useful in this situation as they can also be used to create makeshift canopees or quickly patch holes.
